Awareness and understanding of how our Consciousness and DNA work together makes a big difference now. This was confirmed, that 97% of our DNA called “unused” contains information derived from deep space to be activated. Only we can save ourselves from any genetic manipulation!..Supporting each other in organic evolution, sharing of knowledge and releasing competition is necessary. Expansion of Consciousness is the only way that one can exist free on the Earth

When you light one candle from another, there are two equal flames, and the first flame does not subside. You can light another hundred or even a thousand candles from one candle, but its flame will not diminish. The laws of mathematical division doesn't work here. In the same way, one consciousness creates another consciousness, one spirit gives birth to another spirit. This is how spirits multiply.

Learn how to Bless

Blessing is the Art of Divine Alchemy. When you bless someone or something, whether human, plant or animal, you create a shield of divine protective light over what you bless by wishing that everything that comes in contact with this energy is for its highest good. God, or the Universe, as you want to call it, blesses you and protects you through the Holy Spirit, filling you with wisdom and understanding, guiding you and illuminating every step of your existence on earth. You are the spark of the Holy Spirit. Feel it and humbly accept that in the beginning you were "Word". You are a man now but at first you were Intent. The Divine intended to create you. And now you are Creation, a Divine Creation. You exist Now. Do you realize how deeply connected you are to God before you were even born? If so, why do you agree to be told what to do, what to believe, what to listen to, and what to say in order to "access" God? Do you understand how sacred your connection with God is before you were even born? Do you understand that you were not born in sin as you were told and that you must not renounce any Satan because your EXISTENCE, YOUR BIRTH, respectively your INCARNATION, were not his intention but that of GOD? Ancient and authentic knowledge has been anointed in such a way that you as a human being never become aware of your power as a being created in His image and likeness. Do you understand that this is why you are a blessing? If so, start now and bless yourself. Bless your life. Bless your existence no matter if there have been painful experiences ... because of them you have learned to overcome obstacles and grow. Thanks to them, you started to know yourself, to recognize yourself, and in most of the cases it because of them you searched for God. Bless your body whether you are sick or healthy now, fill it with light, love and forgiveness. Bless your work, whether you receive little or receive much, because by blessing it you fill it with divine light and in this way you prepare for something better. Bless your money, many or few, because in this way you will increase your vibration and the ways of manifesting money in your life. Bless your day, your food, the water you drink, because that's how you integrate the Light into your body. Bless your partner, children, family, friends and absolutely everything you do throughout the day. Stop for a second and bless the person who is close to you, whether he or she is close to your body, mind or soul. You can do it mentally, imagining it wrapped in a bubble of Bright White Light like a Diamond. Bless your relationships with your partner, with your relatives, with your collaborators, with you ... because no matter if you are "alone", you have yourself to learn how to become whole again.

Bless with love everything you touch, and make a habit of it, that wherever you are and everything around you to be touched by peace and Divine Love... because what you send to the Universe is what comes back to you.

I bless You, Man that which since the beginning were pure Divine Intention!

5 Mistakes We Make When We’re Overwhelmed

When you feel overwhelmed, you may react in ways that not only don’t help the situation, but that even make it worse. Maybe you’re oblivious to these patterns, or you know what they are but struggle to do anything about them.

The following are five common self-sabotaging mistakes overwhelmed people tend to make. There are practical solutions for each that will help you feel like you’re on top of things and do a better job of navigating your most important tasks and solving problems.

1. You think you don’t have time for actions that would help you.

People often have great ideas about things that would help them feel better and more in control — for example, hiring someone to help around the house, practicing self-care, seeing a therapist, taking a vacation, or organizing a game night with friends. However, they dismiss them because they think they’re too busy or that it’s not the right time, waiting to take those actions until a more ideal moment that typically never arrives.

Instead of thinking about what would be ideal, choose the best option that’s easily available to you now. Perhaps you don’t have time to research the best therapists by interviewing multiple candidates, but you do have time to pick someone who meets a few of your criteria and try a couple of sessions with them.

When you have good ideas but don’t act on them, it can lead to a sense of powerlessness or incompetence. You may also have endless open loops of “shoulds” and waste time and energy thinking the same thoughts over and over again. Plus, when you don’t act, you miss out on the benefits you’d accrue from trying your ideas. By acting to help yourself, you’ll get practice finding doable solutions, feel more self-efficacy, and reap those benefits sooner.

2. You don’t utilize your unconscious mind enough.

Focus isn’t the only way to get things done. Your unconscious mind is great at problem-solving, too.

When I go for a walk, my mind wanders. I don’t aim to walk mindfully; rather, I let my mind drift without directing it too much. When I do this, it invariably meanders to work, but not in an unpleasant way. Solutions to problems magically emerge, and what I should prioritize becomes clearer without effort.

Even knowing this, it’s hard to allow myself to take a walk early in the workday (before temperatures where I live get too hot). What’s fascinating is that when I walk before work, my anxiety about the work I need to start once I get home creeps up. However, this doesn’t get in the way of me having insights into my problems and priorities. Both can occur together.

Your unconscious, wandering mind is as valuable a tool for solving problems and creative thinking as your focused mind. Utilizing your wandering mind will help you get important things done, without so much pressure to be focused and undistracted all the time, which can be an unreasonable expectation.

People who are feeling overwhelmed sometimes try to block out work thoughts during their personal time by listening to music, a podcast, or other entertainment. But that can rob you of some of the productivity potential of your drifting mind. Try identifying the activities during which your mind naturally drifts in helpful ways and solves problems for you. For me, these include running errands (driving), exercising, taking showers, and lounging in the sun.

3. You interpret feeling overwhelmed as a weakness.

Lots of times, we feel overwhelmed simply because we need to do a task we’re not very familiar with, or because a task is high stakes and we want to do a superb job of it. By itself, this isn’t necessarily a problem. We can often work through the task despite those overwhelmed feelings.

However, sometimes we get self-critical about the very fact that we feel overwhelmed. We think: “I shouldn’t feel overwhelmed by this. It’s not that hard. I should be able to handle it without it stressing out.” When you’re self-critical, you become more likely to procrastinate, because not only does the task trigger feelings of overwhelm, it also triggers shame or anxiety about having those feelings.

Some people react to this shame and anxiety in other ways. They might approach the task with extra perfectionism, or they might become more reluctant to ask for tips and advice from others. It’s important to replace your self-criticism with compassionate self-talk, which I’ve provided specific strategies for previously.

4. You default to your dominant approaches and defenses.

When we get stressed out, we tend to get a bit more rigid. Because we have less cognitive and emotional bandwidth to consider other options, we become less flexible about adapting to the demands of the situation and default to our dominant ways of handling things.

We all have values, but we don’t always use them to our advantage. For example, thoughtfulness can turn into overthinking, self-reliance can morph into micromanaging or doing everything yourself, having high standards can lead to being picky or perfectionist, and resourcefulness can steer you toward doing things in unnecessarily complicated or unconventional ways.

When you’re overwhelmed, make sure you’re matching your values to the demands of the situation. Does the particular task or problem need _____? (Insert your dominant value, such as thoughtfulness or self-reliance.) Or would a different approach be better suited to the circumstances?

5. You withdraw from your supports.

If you feel overwhelmed, you’ve probably got limited emotional energy. This can lead to important changes in your behavior and emotional availability. They can be subtle — maybe you usually give your child a long hug when they come to you, but instead, you now give them a quick perfunctory squeeze while still thinking about other things, then get back to whatever you were doing.

This is self-sabotaging. You’re missing opportunities to fill up your emotional cup when you need it most, and you risk your loved ones noticing the differences and acting out to get your attention (for example, a child drawing on a wall, or a spouse picking an argument about something unimportant).

Identify ways you still enjoy connecting with your supports even when you’ve got limited emotional energy. For example, I like to draw alongside my five-year-old during my breaks, or construct something out of blocks and shapes with her. We also like to cuddle in bed while watching our own individual screens. If you struggle to get around to these activities, create routines for them so they fit into your day or week in specific places — for example, maybe you always bake with your child on Saturday mornings.

By being aware of the five patterns outlined here, you can make getting through busy and challenging times easier on yourself and those around you. They’re understandable patterns to fall into — and not a reason for you to be self-critical. Know what the traps are and make easy, small changes to overcome them.

Problems and Opportunity

BUDDHA WAS WALKING through a forest. The woodcutters who were cutting wood nearby ran to him and said, `Stop, please stop! There is a terrible demon in the forest. He is a cannibal who eats human flesh! After eating a person, he cuts of the thumb and keeps it safe. In this way, he has so far collected 999 thumbs. He needs just one more to make it 1000. His plan is, once the final thumb is collected, to string them all up and wear them around his neck! So please do not go into the forest. If you go, it would be a big problem for you!’
To that, Buddha replied, `I would get no better opportunity than this!’ and entered deep into the forest. As expected, the demon felled a huge branch of a banyan tree and appeared in front of Buddha in a cloud of dust. But Buddha did not run away like others in fright. He stood strong, firm and said, `if killing gives you pleasure, you please do so! I accept the fact that you are really strong. But one thing….Though you have the strength to break the branch of a banyan tree, you can never attach it back to that tree. It is very easy to destroy…but difficult to join!’

`You know the art of destroying; I know the art of joining!’ Buddha replied. More than his words, the truth and compassion touched the demon deeply. After that, he became the disciple of Buddha. He was Anguli Mala

The truth of the tale is very simple. The demon was not a `problem’ for Buddha; instead it was an opportunity to protect the villagers from further misery. That is all!

Life is not something that happens according to a planned agenda. It is a procession of unexpected opportunities! In fact each problem is an opportunity for us.

For some, even small matters appear to be giant problems. There are many who view even a small matter through a magnifying glass and get terrified.

A woman approached a Monk and said, ` My son refuses to listen anything that I say. If this continues, he may not even marry the girl I choose for him!’ He asked the woman to bring her son next day and as asked the son was brought. That little boy was refusing to eat… he was drawing pictures when asked to write A…B…C.’ her question was, as he was not obeying her in such trivial matters presently, how could she expect him to listen her words when he grew up into adulthood?

The farsighted fear was her problem! There are also other types of people…those who do not stop at viewing the problem with fear; but also magnify it out of proportion. It is like a monkey which, when bruised, does not leave the bruise alone. It continues to scratch till the bruise turns into a big wound; some even die from such wounds.

It is true we may face problems at times, in our lives, unlike the aforesaid examples. During such moments, there are two possible ways out for us. One, catch the bull by the horn and directly confront a problem. We may come over the problem or the problem could overcome us!

View the problem as it is. Don’t inflate it by your fear thoughts. Do not consider the problem as a punishment. You will definitely suffer. Take it as a challenge. You will be energized!

HOW CAN WE BE HAPPY?

Once a group of 50 people was attending a seminar.
Suddenly the speaker stopped and decided to do a group activity. He started giving each one a balloon. Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker pen. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room.

Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos.

At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon.

Now each one was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it.

Within minutes everyone had their own balloon.

The speaker began— exactly this is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is.

Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness; you will get your own happiness.

And this is the purpose of human life.

10 Self Improvement Activities

These self improvement activities will help you become more productive, get into the positive state of mind and achieve better quality of life.
In this article you will also find out how to use your energy effectively, what is the quickest way to achieve personal growth and how to excel in every activity.
1st Self Improvement Activity: Use your energy on important things
If you want to succeed in life, you should not waste your energy on activities that do not bring any benefits.
Such useless activities include surfing the Internet without any purpose, watching TV, worrying and wasting money.
When you are involved in such activities, you have no or little energy left for activities that can create a better future. It is worth prioritising and accomplishing important tasks first, and then if you still have enough energy, you may decide to do the unimportant.
2nd Self Improvement Activity: Focus on one task at a time
If you want to get perfect results, you should only concentrate on one activity. This way all your energy will go into it and you will accomplish it perfectly.
If you waste your energy on several things at the same time, you will get average results because you will divide your energy between the activities.
3rd Self Improvement Activity: Control your thinking
To avoid chaos in your mind resulting in chaos in the outside world, you should try to observe your thoughts. Once you start doing that, you will notice how many negative thoughts you get daily.
By observing negative thinking you will be able to emotionally disengage from it. As a result, negative thinking will affect you less and you will notice that your days are getting more peaceful and positive.
4th Self Improvement Activity: Get organised
When you live in an organised manner, you do not suffer from stress and your life is peaceful and balanced.
To start living this way, you should start planning your day in advance. This will eliminate any stress caused by being late to a meeting or forgetting to complete some task.
You should also live in tidiness because by keeping your home clean you also keep your mental state clear and peaceful. Such mental state will benefit you in many ways, including improved memory and less negativity.
5th Self Improvement Activity: Live in the present
Although this self improvement activity may seem strange to you, it is a very important activity that many ignore. The majority of people do not live in the present. They either dwell on their past or daydream about the future. They seem to forget the most important time of all - the present.
You should enjoy every present moment because your current state of mind always manifests in the outside world, creating your future accordingly.
Therefore if your main mood is very positive, you will experience only happy days. However, if you dwell on negative thoughts, you are sure to encounter many obstacles and misfortunes in the present and days to come.
6th Self Improvement Activity: Complete each task in a perfect manner
Whenever you are working on some project, try to accomplish it in the best way possible. Always ask yourself 'Is this project turned out as perfect as it could possibly be?' If the answer is no, try to correct or add something to it until there is nothing that you can improve.
This way you will make sure that each single task you accomplish is done in an excellent manner. By doing this you will create successful future because you cannot possibly fail if you only get perfect results.
Also, when you entirely focus on one task excluding everything else, you will notice that you start enjoying the task. If you concentrate on the task but still do not enjoy it, that means that you probably see the task as a means to an end rather than the process.
You should start focusing on the process itself to find enjoyment in the task. Such enjoyment will fuel motivation and you will accomplish everything quicker and better.
If you enjoy your work, you will put only positive energy into it. As a result, your completed tasks will bring you success.
7th Self Improvement Activity: Challenge yourself
Nothing develops you more than challenges. Challenges force you to shift your comfort zone, experience new situations and make you grow. Without challenges life would be very boring and depressing.
Challenges are necessary for every human being who is seeking quality life. Only through trial and error you realise who you really are, which activities you like and what preferences you have.
You can easily measure the success of a person by the amount of challenges s/he had.
8th Self Improvement Activity: Read personal development books
There is nothing more important than searching information about self improvement. Without reading any self improvement books or articles you cannot improve yourself.
9th Self Improvement Activity: Socialize only with positive people
Positive people can inspire, empower and make you happy. It is so much worth to be at least once in a while with positive people rather than constantly spend time with negative friends or relatives.
If you spend your days with, for example, lazy people, you may notice that you are becoming lazy.
If all your friends' main qualities are negative, try to avoid all of them. This way you will not be affected in a negative way and after some time will start attracting positive people.
    10th Self Improvement Activity: Exercise
Daily exercise develops determination, focus and patience. It improves your health and strengthens your body. It makes you more active, positive and invincible.
People who exercise every day are always perceived as strong-willed and disciplined.
    Conclusion
These personal improvement activities are sure to put you on the track to success. I hope that you will apply the steps in this article and, as a result, will greatly improve the quality of your life.

You have squeezed yourself into the span of a lifetime and the volume of a body, and thus created the innumerable conflicts of life and ...
